Occupancy. The maximum number of guests allowed varies depending on the unit you select. We are unable to allow more people than we have beds. Each unit will describe in photos and description how many bedrooms and baths.
Minimum Age: The Condo Association requires at least one adult aged over 25 to stay in the condo during the entire stay. We cannot allow guests under the age of 25 without an adult.
What is the check in and check out times? Check-in is 4:00 pm CST and Check-out is 10:00 am
Smoking? Smoking and vaping are not allow inside the condo or at any of the common areas.
Are we pet friendly? Some of our properties are pet friendly but you must get your pet approved first. The owner would like to know your pet's age, weight, breed, mannerisms, training, where he/she will sleep, do they bark when you aren't in unit, are they flea and tick treated. etc.
What pets are allowed? No more than 2 dogs, weigh less than 30 pounds, non-aggressive, potty-trained and kennel trained.
Are trailers, boats or RV's allowed? Unfortunately not since our parking spaces are limited to only guest's cars.
Do you provide beach service? Beach chairs and umbrella are provided and are set up for you daily from mid-March to the end of October.
Do you provide linens? Sheets and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your beach towels.
What is available in the kitchen? Small appliances like toaster, hand mixer, blender, coffee maker, can opener. Large appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher. All pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, glasses, bowls are provided.
Is there a washer and dryer in the unit? Both are provided for your convenience.
Do you have wireless internet? Each unit has their own individual login which will be provided in your arrival instructions.
Do you have cable TV? Yes, many channels to choose from with basic service. Some units have live streaming capability.
Do you have a view of the beach? Some units do. It may be a side view or a front view. Our ground floor condos do not have a view.
How far is it to the beach? Your walk to the beach will be less than 5 minutes. Our complex is located across from the beach. You will need to cross the street to get to the beach. There is a cross-walk there where cars are supposed to stop for pedestrians and the speed limit is 20 mph.
Is your beach private? Yes, we have the largest private beach in the southeast with 2.5 acres.
What amenities are in the complex? Two pools (one heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball court, basketball area, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ grills, gated community, large parking lot
Are you a large company like a hotel? We are a small company that manages only a few properties. Each condo is individually owned by people like you and me. Each cleaning crew is a small business that cleans only a few properties. Our maintenance crew is also a small business that works for many condos.
Are there restaurants nearby? Yes, there are at least 5 that are within walking distance. Many, many more within driving distance.
Is there shopping nearby? Yes, Silver Sands Outlet Stores and Destin Commons. Many, many more franchises also are in the area.
Are there grocery stores nearby? Yes, Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart are very close.
Are there golf courses nearby? Yes, the nearest one is Seascape Golf Course is within 5 miles
Is there an airport nearby? Yes, Destin/Fort Walton Airport (VPS). It's about 30 - 45 minutes away.
Is there a vet nearby? Barry Vet Hospital
Is there a hospital nearby? Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast
Is there security nearby? Griffon Security. The complex is gated and has several cameras around the complex
What attractions are nearby? Gulfarium, Big Kahunas water park, go carts, arcade, goofy golf, bowling, movie theatres, deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, wave runners, pirate ship excursion, escape rooms, pontoon boats, helicopter rides, parasailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, bicycling, scooters, nature visits, museums, wind surfing, zip lines, bungee jumping, lots and lots to do.
