This condo is located on the 2nd floor with a side view of the beach. This condo is near the clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, heated pool and hot tub. Square footage of this condo is 1040.
This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. This condo comes with free wireless internet! The family room has a large TV with DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a tv, dvd player, window and closet. There is one bathroom connected to the master bedroom and one bathroom next to the guest bedroom with another door to the hall. The master and hall baths have a tub/shower combination and lovely vanities with granite countertops.
The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer.
The beach service of four chairs and two umbrellas are complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, every day between mid March and late October.
