This condo is being renovated with a completion date in late March. The pictures you see here are not how the condo will appear when the renovations are complete. Renovations include: new kitchen cabinets, appliances, countertops, new interior paint, new larger TV's, new bath vanities, new vinyl flooring, new shades on sliding glass doors, new ceiling fans and light fixtures.

This condo is located on the 4th top floor with a gorgeous side view of the beach. You can relax on the master bed, queen sleeper sofa or balcony and view the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Square footage of this condo is 1040.

This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. Free wireless internet is included! The family room has a large TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, TV, DVD player, large closet and is connected to its own private bath. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, closet and ceiling fan. It is connected to the hall bath. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with its own wall-mounted TV.

The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer. The beach service of FOUR chairs and two umbrellas is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between mid March and late October.

Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles east of the Destin Wal-mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.
