This condo has a coastline side view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the top 4th floor, this condo has no one above so no foot noise! Total square footage of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony.

This unit gets the morning sun and evening shade.

This condo will accommodate 6 people in beds and an additional 2 on the queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with televisions and DVD player. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed and also equipped with a television and DVD player. The bunk room is a smaller enclosed room with a window, a small dresser with their own TV. The kids will just love the bunk room!

The kitchen is equipped for meals and has many small appliances including a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and can opener. All dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans are provided. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer and a large pantry.

The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, every day between mid March and late October.

Maravilla condos are one of the most popular pet-friendly family complexes in Miramar Beach/Destin area with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. If you need more activities there is a basketball area and tennis courts. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen, wireless internet and TV viewing area.

Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.
